Last year, the end-of-year partypoker MILLIONS offered up some of the biggest prizes ever seen in an online poker tournament. This year, the brand is upping the ante by quite a lot with by giving away millions of dollars’ worth of tickets and offering a special $1 million bonus to the winner.
If you manage to win the partypoker MILLIONS, after ending your Day 1 in first place, you’ll receive an additional $1 million on top of your prize money. However, if you make a deal, then that prize will be forfeited. So, we’re definitely going to see lots of exciting competition not only as we watch the final table but also throughout the entire event.
Last year’s winner was Manuel ‘Sheparentao’ Ruivo, who won $2,329,943.88, after making a deal. Second place went to Pim ‘ForMatherRussia’ de Goede, who took home $2,309,994. It was such a big event that four of the players at the final table ended up becoming millionaires that day!
Satellites and Free Tickets
Partypoker has also promised to give out loads of tickets to the event. So far, the brand has given away more than $1 million of tournament tickets for players based on missions they have completed – and, will be providing even more as part of the Mega Satellite program.
On December 1st and December 8th, there will be two special tournaments. These Mega Satellite tournaments cost $1,050 to enter, and they will each give away 50 tickets into the $10,300 main event. If $1,050 sounds like a bit too much to you, you can also play in smaller satellites that will guarantee you entry either into a Mega Satellite or the main event itself.
