If you’re a player on PokerStars PA, you’re in for a real treat this holiday season. The brand has just launched its Christmas Calendar, which will offer up all sorts of fantastic prizes for real-money players.

The promotion will run from now until December 24th, and you don’t have to do anything special to take part – aside from opting in. Simply play in real-money poker games like you normally would, and you’ll accumulate PokerStars Rewards points. Along with the chests that you usually unlock, you’ll receive special Christmas Chests.

In these chests, you’ll be able to receive one of two items: cash for a free sports bet or free spins, or a Christmas Key. 75% of the time, players will receive cash prizes and the remainder of the time they will receive keys – or a portion of a key (halves, quarters and eights are available). Players can only earn one chest every day.

The size of the prize that you receive will depend on your loyalty level. Blue chests for players on lower tiers will awarded prizes worth between 25c and $1, while black chests for players at the highest tiers will contain between $50 and $100.

Once you have collected three keys, you’ll be able to vie for the chance to win even more generous prizes. You’ll be presented with a special Christmas Calendar chest where prizes worth up to $1000 are available. Players at the highest tier have a 5.75% chance of being gifted a $1000 chest while players at the lowest tier have a .01% chance of landing it.

Then, come Christmas Day, you’ll be able to open all of the chests that you’ve accumulated. So, if you’ve been playing often, you’ll be waking up to a very happy holiday.

Merry Christmas, Everyone

This online poker promotion is not only available to players in Pennsylvania. The same Christmas calendar will be offered to players in New Jersey as well as across Europe in Spain, France and Portugal. All in all, PokerStars will be giving away $1.5 million over the course of its Christmas Calendar promotion.

This promo is a great opportunity for players with all sizes of budgets and a wide variety of skillsets to take advantage of generous bonuses from PokerStars. No matter what type of online poker player you are, you’ll be able to claim some great prizes in the Christmas Calender promotion.
