If you’re a player at PokerStars, you’re in for a real treat for the next three weeks. Until January 13th, the popular online poker brand will be running 82 events which guarantee $50 million in prizes during its exciting Winter Series.

The site will be offering players the chance to take part in events with a wide variety of buy-ins. Low, medium and high buy-in events are available, from $5.50 to $10,300 – and, there are plenty of satellites and feeders for players who don’t have very large bankrolls. For example, the 5,2000 NLHE tournament ($2.5 million guaranteed) has qualifiers that start at just $2.20 while the $55 Main Event ($1 million guaranteed) has qualifiers starting at $1.

Another way to qualify for event is by playing in Winter Series Spin and Gos. There are $4 and $40 Spin and Gos available, allowing you win tickets into $11, $22, $55, $109, $215, $530 and $1,050 events. You even have a shot at winning entry into the $5,200 Winter Series Main Event. There is even a daily leaderboard available, where event more tournament entries can be won.

What’s great about these Spin & Gos is that they give you the flexibility to play in any event that you want – provided that you have a ticket for the correct buy-in. If you have a $5.50, this means that you can take part in the $75K Guaranteed events, the $25K NLHE hyper turbos or the $40K afternoon deep stacks. The choice is yours!

With so many exciting events going on, it’s likely that the PokerStars Winter Series will exceed its guarantee yet again. In 2018, the event ended up giving away over $80 million to everyone who cashed in the tournament last year. We’re sure to see just as much interesting this time around, so we wouldn’t be surprised if PokerStars surpassed its 2018 prize pool.

Regardless of your bankroll or the type of tournaments you enjoy playing, the PokerStars Winter Series is a great opportunity for you to enjoy some exciting online poker activity before the year ends. It’s also a fantastic way to kick off the new year, too!
